3.1 Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of the Community is to bring together fans of the Eurovision Song
Contest and associated competitions from across the world; to foster a safe, inclusive, and
positive community for those fans; to celebrate music, diversity, and shared culture; and to
collaborate with other fan organisations for the benefit of the global Eurovision fan
community.

3.2 Objectives
In pursuit of its primary purpose, the Community shall:
• Provide accessible community spaces (online and, where possible, in-person) for
fans regardless of nationality, background, or circumstances;
• Maintain country-specific and region-specific community groups to allow fans to
connect with others who share their national or regional context;
• Support community managers and local representatives in building engaged,
welcoming fan communities;
• Collaborate openly and positively with other Eurovision and music fan organisations,
including OGAE International and the INFE Network, for the collective benefit of the
global fan community;
• Operate an online community store or other revenue-generating activities solely for
the purpose of covering the Community’s operating costs and furthering its
objectives;
• Maintain transparent governance and financial management in accordance with this
Constitution;
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all its activities;
• Ensure the Community remains a safe space, free from political partisanship,
discrimination, and harmful behaviour.
