Article 24 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1 Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 24.1 This Constitution and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2 Leave a comment on paragraph 2 0 24.2 The Community is an international organisation with members in many countries. This
Constitution is designed to be compatible with the laws of England and Wales as the primary
governing law. Where the laws of a member’s country of residence impose additional
obligations, those obligations shall be the responsibility of the individual member and shall
not affect the application of this Constitution.

3 Leave a comment on paragraph 3 0 24.3 Any legal proceedings arising from this Constitution or the affairs of the Community
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless
required otherwise by mandatory laws of the jurisdiction of a party.
