Article 10 — Executive Commitment and Code of Conduct

1 Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 0.1 Upon election or co-option to the Executive, each officer shall sign the Executive
Commitment Form, a copy of which shall be appended to this Constitution as Schedule A.
By signing, the officer confirms that they:
• Accept and will uphold this Constitution and the Community’s Founding Principles;
• Will act at all times in the best interests of the Community and its members;
• Will maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and fairness;
• Will declare any conflict of interest promptly in accordance with Article 14;
• Will not use their position for personal gain;
• Will support their fellow Executive officers and Community Managers;
• Will engage constructively with the Community Managers’ Council and the
membership;
• Will resign or submit to removal proceedings if they are no longer able to fulfil their
duties.

2 Leave a comment on paragraph 2 0 10.2 The Executive Commitment Form (Schedule A) shall constitute a binding undertaking
between the officer and the Community and shall be renewed upon each re-election.
